Who is Iran Lovers?

Iran Lovers is a non-profit, non-partisan organization comprised of Iranians in the diaspora. We support and amplify the voices of those fighting for freedom in Iran.

How did it Start?

A gathering of fewer than ten Iranians in Toronto that started with the hopes of solidarity following the tragic death of Mahsa Amini grew into a non-profit organization dedicated to echoing the Iranian revolution in Canada with protests, rallies, and social media advocacy. In a short period, tens of volunteers joined our mission to amplify the Woman, Life, Freedom movement, and thousands participated in standing against decades of tyranny and crimes against humanity of the Islamic regime.

What is Our Impact?

Holding protests and rallies individually and in collaboration with other activists and groups in solidarity with and hopes of amplifying the voices of Iranians to Canadians and the international community.

Encouraging members of the Canadian parliament and politicians to advocate for Iranians and add the IRGC to their list of terrorist organizations. The Islamic regime is not only a threat to the citizens of Iran but to the international community as well.

Encouraging media channels to increase their coverage of the Iranian revolutionary movement. Media plays an essential role in human rights. Responsible media can raise awareness of human rights issues and empower individuals to take action.

We have increased our advocacy through our social media by raising awareness about the current situation in Iran. Social media advocacy extends more understanding of how human rights are abused in Iran and encourages others to take action and exert pressure on the Iranian regime.
